My nursing journey has been shaped by education, leadership, coaching, and a deep commitment to supporting nurses as whole people — not just as professionals. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of academic-practice partnerships, nursing professional development, workforce growth, leadership development, and systems-level improvement.
